We keep a record of the issue and its resolution for future reference in your account.
You get a clear timeline back — and we own it from there.
First reply within one business day (Mon–Fri), usually faster. That reply confirms your report and gives you a realistic timeline for the fix. SecurePod Scale clients: 4-hour response — and a 4-hour fix when possible.
