Support Packages

Web Support Packages

Reserved hours for a defined job. No plan needed.

Prepaid capacity for the website tasks that fall outside a rebuild or a growth project: layout changes, a new landing page, an integration, a fix. Buy a block of hours, send the list, we work it.

Not every request needs a project.

Did you know
Misconception

A support package is a maintenance plan.

The reality

It’s hours. Nobody is watching the site between tasks: no updates, no monitoring, no roadmap. That’s what SecurePod Care is for. A block is for when you know what you need done.

Misconception

Five hours is enough to rebuild a page.

The reality

Five hours is enough to adjust, add, fix, and connect. A rebuilt page with new content and a new layout is a small project, and a project is cheaper when it’s scoped as one.

Misconception

I can run a website build five hours at a time.

The reality

You can’t, and we won’t. Builds run in structured labor phases, which is why our project pricing is as competitive as it is. Spread over months at five hours a time, it costs more and finishes never.

Misconception

Support hours are only for emergencies.

The reality

They’re for the list that never gets done: the form that should feed the CRM, the landing page the campaign needs, the pricing table that’s out of date. Emergencies get handled; the backlog is the point.

FAQ

Got questions?

Buy a 5-hour or 10-hour block, or book a short call to find out whether a project or SecurePod Care is the better fit right now.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Any credit or debit card, and ACH transfers. Yearly hosting can also be paid by ACH.

Can I use a monthly package to manage a large project?

No. A larger project, such as a new website build, can’t be executed five or ten hours at a time spread over several months. Our project pricing is competitive because the work runs in structured labor phases.

How is this different from SecurePod Care?

A support package is hours. SecurePod Care is hosting, security, compliance, and a growth roadmap worked every month, with reserved hours and first position in the queue. If you want someone to own the site, that’s SecurePod. If you have a list, that’s a block.

Who is it not for?

Ongoing marketing oversight, complex rebuilds, large-scale migrations, undefined exploratory work, or multi-team stakeholder coordination. For those, consider SecurePod Care or a scoped Growth & Conversion Project.

Who is this best suited for?

Businesses with regular website needs that exceed the bandwidth or skill set of their in-house team: layout adjustments, feature enhancements, minor integrations, landing page additions, content formatting and implementation, technical adjustments, and structured updates after marketing changes.

Who is this service best suited for?

Designed for businesses who have ongoing, regular needs regarding their websites and their web presence that exceed the bandwidth and/or skillset of their in-house team.

Appropriate Use Cases

  • Page layout adjustments
  • Feature enhancements
  • Minor integrations
  • Landing page additions
  • Content formatting and implementation
  • Technical adjustments
  • Structured updates following marketing changes
Who is this service not for?

Not Appropriate For

  • Ongoing marketing oversight
  • Complex rebuilds
  • Large-scale migrations
  • Undefined exploratory work
  • Multi-team stakeholder coordination

For those needs, consider SecurePod Care or a scoped Growth & Conversion Project.

What about priority queueing?

Execution Blocks are placed just below SecurePod Care clients in the priority queue. This ensures structured service levels for ongoing management clients while still providing reliable delivery for block-based work.

Can I use an Execution Block subscription to manage a large project?

No. It’s not possible to execute a larger project – such a a new website build – 5 or 10 hours at a time spread out over several months. Our pricing is incredibly competitive for our industry and our efficiencies are setup to include structured labor phases.
